Equation Fitness is the BEST gym I've ever been to. Incredible programming, skilled coaches and client focused. Zero egos and they really care. I started ten weeks ago with knee pain and on and off shoulder pain and now I'm completely pain free! The emphasis on periodization, using great technique, doing the basics really well and building slowly works really well for me. I can't wait to see what I can achieve in a year with these guys. I cannot rate Equation Fitness highly enough.All of  coaches are so knowledgeable and very friendly. The gym has fantastic facilities, and everyone is very  supportive encouraging you  to achieve your fitness goals.  A fantastic gym - definitely worth 5 stars.

I have been training at Equation for over a year now, and it’s without doubt one of the best gyms in the county. If you’re wanting to train in functional fitness/CrossFit as well as Hyrox look no further. Super friendly community of members that support one another on their training journeys, first- class coaching and the programming is superb. I previously trained at another CrossFit gym, but after taking a two-year break I lost a lot of strength and skills. Since joining Equation, I’ve made more progress than ever before and have become a stronger, fitter, and healthier version of myself — both physically and mentally. I’m so grateful to all the coaches, and especially to Oli, who in my eyes is one of the best coaches (and humans) I’ve come across! His dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care for everyone’s progress are second to none. He always goes above and beyond to help you improve in every area of training. I can’t recommend this gym highly enough! The staff are incredibly kind, motivating, and accommodating, with so much knowledge and genuine consideration for everyone who walks through the door. The classes are brilliantly structured with progression in mind, and what I love most is that they can be adapted to suit all abilities. When I first joined, I was so nervous, but both the staff and the members made me feel so welcome and at ease. Now I look forward to every session and feel supported every step of the way. Equation is more than just a gym! It’s home away from home! The coaches and community welcomed my husband and I with open arms when we first moved to Cornwall in May 2024, and we’ve made some amazing friends since. The equipment and programming are epic, we have seen so much progress in all of our lifts, gymnastics and general fitness since joining the gym. Still fairly new to Equation Fitness, joined in June. However the space, the coaches and the community is so inviting to be a part of. My confidence is gradually growing in every class with the support of very calming and positive coaches. I actually get excited about booking to go each week!
